We provide day care for 0-5 year olds enabling parents and carers to either return to work, study or simply have a well earned break whilst allowing their children to have fun and interact with others.

Here at Tick Tocks Day Nursery and Pre-School, our main aim is to provide a happy, caring and secure atmosphere where children learn and develop to their own full potential through play and structured activities.

Our staff have worked for us for many years, our manager has been with us since we opened in 2002. Together we have a wealth of experience and knowledge which assures a safe, secure and nurturing environment with a home from home atmosphere.

At Tick Tocks Day Nursery and Pre-School our whole philosophy is to provide a home from home environment.

A place where children will feel comfortable and be encouraged to play and learn. Fun with safety is the key. Cooking, painting, stories, games, indoors and out, the day will simply fly by.

Tick Tock's Staff

Lynn and Alison opened their first nursery in Charmouth in September 2002. In February 2005 we opened our second nursery in Axminster, Devon, which is registered to take 50 children. Due to a fall in numbers of children in the Charmouth area, and an increase in demand in Axminster, Lynn and Alison decided to close their Charmouth nursery and concentrate on Axminster, which continues to go from strength to strength.
